Frankel and Rubinson formed a partnership in 1977, to acquire and manage residential real estate. Ronald functioned as director of acquisition, development and operations. Stephen provided support in the areas of marketing, planning and finance. Together, they successfully acquired, renovated, managed and soldhundreds of residential properties. Properties ranged in size from single family units to small, mid-sized and large complexes.
They began to acquire and develop commercial properties in 1987. Over the following years they acquired, developed and managed several hundred thousand feet of commercial and industrial real estate. Currently their portfolio is valued at over $15,000,000.00.
In 2009, as the commercial real estate market slowed, they entered into rent receivership and property management.
Today, Frankel and Rubinson are court appointed rent receivers in Burlington and Camden counties, New Jersey. They offer a full line of property management services for banks, trust attorneys, buyers of distressed mortgages and private investors.
Stephen Frankel and Ronald Rubinson, partners for over 30 years, have decades of hands-on management experience in all phases of real estate ownership and management. We are court approved rent receivers in Camden and Burlington Counties in New Jersey.
Ronald L. Rubinson graduated Temple University with a degree in electronics. He has extensive experience in computer engineering, property management as well as all phases of construction.
Stephen F. Frankel has over 30 years experience in financial and systems management and executive positions within the insurance industry.
